  • 3/4 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup chilled chamomile tea
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • 1 sprig mint leaves

  • Combine the cherry juice, chilled tea, sparkling water and mint into a glass.
  • Add ice (optional)
