Boost immunity, reduce inflammation, and enhance digestion with this blend of oranges, carrots, turmeric, ginger, and lime!

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 4 layers cheesecloth

Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole navel oranges peeled and diced
  • 1/2 lime peeled
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  • 3/4 cup coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed.
  • Strain using 4 layers of cheesecloth to remove pulp.
  • Preserve pulp and use for compost or other recipes.
  • Divide into 4 shots. Best served chilled!
