Dehydrated Eggs

Shelf stable dehydrated scrambled eggs.

Equipment

  • 1 Dehydrator
  • 1 dehydrator tray

Ingredients
  

  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all 6 eggs into a bowl.
    6 whole Eggs
  • Heat over the stove until scrambled. Season if desired.
    1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
  • Let cool.
  • Spread evenly in a single layer onto dehydrator tray.
  • Dehydrate at 145 degrees for about 6 hours, until completely dried through.
