What is “75 Hard”?
The “75 Hard” challenge is a mental toughness challenge that lasts 75 days. The challenge consists of 5 basic rules. There are 5 rules to follow throughout the 75 day duration, including reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book each day.
Rules
- Follow a diet, any diet. (no alcohol)
- 2, 45 minute exercises each day. (one must be completed outside)
- Drink 1 gallon of water per day.
- Read 10 pages of non-fiction every day.
- Take progress pictures.
Variations
Many people choose to follow some, or all of the rules at various levels of difficulty. It is common to create variations to the “75 Hard” challenge to best suit your lifestyle.
